The Gardner Park Grandstand committee was formed in January 2021. After the initial meeting it was decided to form a non profit corporation with the
main goal of saving and restoring Newport’s Historic Gardner Park Grandstand.
On February 15, 201 the Vermont Secretary of State granted the “Gardner Park Grandstand Preservation Association, Inc.” a Certificate of Incorporation as a Vermont Domestic Non-profit Corporation. The board is made up of the following individuals:

Scott Boskind
The Gardner Park Grandstand Preservation Association is a 501(c)3 organization as defined by the IRS.
